Bingo Fundraiser

Our Bingo Session Fundraiser is a year-round fundraising initiative that is one of our main sources of income outside of registration itself. We are typically responsible for 2-3 2hr sessions each month, and each session requires us to provide 2 volunteers. Duties typically revolve around tidying up/cleaning before and during the bingo sessions. For providing these volunteer workers, SCMBA receives a portion of the profit sharing that is split amongst the organizations involved in providing volunteers.

For the 2018 Season (all year), SCMBA was the recipient of over $12, 000! This income goes a long way towards ensuring we are able to keep the registration rates as affordable as possible, by offsetting some of our costs/expenses.

We are in need of additional volunteers for these sessions, and will provide volunteers with a SCMBA Golf shirt which is part of our uniform requirements for these sessions. For anyone interested, please contact Connie at

Bingo Training

Prior to working at one of our scheduled bingo sessions, all new volunteers are required to complete a mandatory "training session" which is typically held at the bingo hall, run by bingo staff, and will last approximately an hour. This is a one-time session that is required by OLG/Delta Bingo prior to being able to work one of the sessions.
